#386 of the Rand McNally series from the 30's and 40's. Book original publication was 12/1943, this one being the 1944 edition. Book has the pictorial front cover and solid cplor back cover. Back cover has two rubbed spots where the red color is off and white shows . Top/bottom spine are slightly rolled and rubbed, as you can see some cardboard. Front cover clean and bright. 4 corners slightly rubbed. Endpapers are plain and owners name sticker is on left front one and her personal library number on the right one in the top right corner. B/w and color illlustrations throughout the book. The stories are: MRS. GRAY SQUIRREL AND TIGER CAT, THE THREE LITTLE SQUIRREL'S JOKE, MR. AND MRS. ROBIN, THE FAIRY SPECTACLES. Nice edition of a cute picture book.
