This title is #5 in this popular boys series by Clarence Young. The second name to this title is:The Stirring Cruise of the Dartaway. This series had two titles for each book. Book is brown cloth with the Cameo pictures of the boys on the front coverwith the title and the author in darker brown lettering. Top/bottom spine are rubbed and bottom as the begining of fraying. Spine has the Motor Boy symbol of the series, title, author and publisher in dark brown lettering. Also there are 3 pin holes near the title, and one near the authors name. Unknown cause. Four corners are slightly rolled and rubbed. Slight fraying beginning. Very little though. Endpapers are plain. Highgloss frontpiece. 30 chapters, 244 pages, all clean and tight. Covers are clean.Book is in a mylar cover. Nice edition to this popular series.
