Delight collection of Moose Goose Nursery Rhymes. Beautiful color illustrations by Mary Royt. Book has Whitman #4023. Blue binding on the spine, very bright pictorial front cover, back cover is plain dark red. 4 corners are slightly rubbed , lower front bottom corner, tiny bit of cardboard showing, slight rubs along the bottom edges. Top/bottom spine are good. Endpapers are pictorial in colot. Very nice. Left front endpaper is inscribed neatly in ink. 60 pages, including the index of 1st lines. Pages all clean and tight and colors are bright. DJ is in brodart slipcover and is poor. Top/bottom spine have about 1" chips. 4 corner top/bottoms of flap folds also have ships. crazing along the bottom edges. DJ is same scene as the front of the book. Front cover color is bright. Flap folds have rubbing as do the spine edges. Front inside flap has book store stamp at the bottom. Both inside flaps lists titles in the large picture story book style. Terrific hard to find Mother Goose.
