#1125 OF THE WHITMAN SERIES from the 30's and 40's. Picture front board, blue binding and piacture back cover of a lamb. Some light scuffing on the back cover, front cover is good. Light rubs on the top/bottom spine and 4 corners. B/W photographs of the various animals with short text on each page, covering, domestic and wild animals. All pages are clean and tight. Owners name and personal library number on the front endpapers, neatly in ink. Book was part of a collection from the estate of a retired school teacher and all books marked int he same manner. Very nice picture book for the younger child.
