#233 of this Rand McNally Series from the 30' and 40's. Bright color wrapped front picture board that covers the spine and then plain blue back cover. Covers are clean. Slight rubs on the top/bottom spine and the 4 corners. Plain endpapers, right front endpaper has the owners name sticker and personal library number. Book is fron the estate of a retire school teacher and she marked all her books in this fashion. 63 pages, all clean and tight and color and black/white illustrations throughout. Very nice. copyright page has the Rand McNally publication code CS4-37 at the bottom right hand corner, plus the 1937 date at the top of the copyright page. No other edition printings. Very nice picture book with two of the classic fairy tales.
