#14 in this popular boys series by Edwards. Book is red cloth with dark blue lettering, fish emblem on front cover. Covers clean and breight. Top/bottom spine, slightly rolled, 4 corners good, lower right one has some rubbing. Endpapers are red/cream, map of Tutter, IL.; plain paper frontpiece and illustrations throughout. 235 pages + advertisements, 18 chapters. Jacket in a mylar cover. 4 top/bottom flap folds have minor chipping, lower front edge has tiny chip; top has minor chipping, bottom, good, but has some red stain on reverse side. Back cover lists the Jerry Todd books and the Poppy Ott books. Top edge has some wearing and small closed tear in the middle of the edge. Bottom edge, normal wearing. Great edition to this series.
