One of many titles in this series by the publisher. Original copyright 1946, but guessing this is early 50's reprint. Book is red tweed and has the emblem of the series on the front cover. Top/bottom spine are slightly rolled and rubbed. Lower edges on front and back cover have slight fading; Endpapers have slight impression of the dj and light foxing as do the 1st 3 pages, otherwise pages are clean and all pages are tight. DJ is in mylar cover and is poor. Top of front cover with part of the title is gone to the flap fold and also into the top of spine. Bottom spine is slightly chipped. Wearing on the lower bottom back edge; front bottom edge has slight crazing and about 3/4" chip on the lower right corner into the flap fold. Front cover is colorful but does have some scuffing; back cover is slightly soiled and lists the books in this series. Good edition for this series.
